This is very cool...I found a photos of my Uncle Russ playing football for Lane Tech High School on eBay. Here's the image:

And the seller's description:

Don Martorano (24) of Lane Tech, who picked up nine yards before being upended in a tangle of players. Austin's John Lullo (25) and Lane Tech's Rich Asala stay clear of the flying Martorano. Lane Tech went on to beat Austin 27-0 at Lane Stadium, October 29, 1955.
